To honor the quality of our merchandise and the care put into each release, please allow 7–14 business days for order processing. Some items are kept in stock, while others may require restocking from our manufacturer. This extended window ensures we can maintain quality without rushing production.
During high‑volume periods (drops, special releases, holidays), processing times may extend slightly.

Delivery Time
Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Once your package is in transit, any delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control, but we will always support you in tracking your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with FedEx or UPS to investigate and support you through the claim process.
