All merchandise sales are final. Because each item is produced in limited quantities and handled with care, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Please review your order carefully before checkout, including size, color, and shipping information. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to our error, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly assess and make it right where applicable.
We appreciate your support of independent artistry and community-centered work. Every purchase directly fuels our creative programs, artist opportunities, and cultural initiatives.
We ship all orders through FedEx or UPS to provide reliable, trackable delivery for every customer. Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package from our hands to yours.
Processing Time
To honor the quality of our merchandise and the care put into each release, please allow 7–14 business days for order processing. Some items are kept in stock, while others may require restocking from our manufacturer. This extended window ensures we can maintain quality without rushing production.
During high‑volume periods (drops, special releases, holidays), processing times may extend slightly.
